Refund Policy

Digital software licences are delivered electronically. Please read product pages carefully before buying.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate charge or confirmed payment error on our side
• Licence not delivered within a reasonable time after successful payment, and we cannot fulfil
• Wrong product sent due to our fulfilment error (exchange or refund)

Not eligible

• Change of mind after a valid key or download has been delivered
• Incompatibility with your device when system requirements were stated
• Publisher account issues outside Maya123's control after a valid key was provided

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp or maya@maya123.com with your order email and invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
