Maya123 products are digital. There is no physical shipping.

How delivery works

• After successful payment, licence keys and/or download instructions are sent to your order email
• You can also view purchases after signing in to your customer account
• Most orders are fulfilled within minutes during business hours; some may need manual key assignment

Your responsibility

• Use a working email you can access
• Check spam/junk if the mail is delayed
• Keep keys private — sharing may void support
