Cancellation Policy

1. 15-Day Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 15 calendar days of purchase if the Maya123 product or paid service you purchased has not been used.

Once a paid product, service, report, credit, license benefit or paid feature has been used or consumed, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

Automatic backend activation by itself does not mean that a purchase has been used.

2. What Counts as Use?

A purchase is considered used when a paid report has been generated or downloaded, a paid report credit has been consumed, a license/key has been redeemed where applicable, or a paid Maya123 feature or paid-access benefit has been used.

If a paid report has already been generated using birth or other data entered by the customer, the purchase is considered used.

3. Duplicate Payments or Technical Delivery Failure

Duplicate payments or payments where the purchased service was not delivered because of a confirmed technical failure may be cancelled or reconciled after verification.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email maya@maya123.com within 15 calendar days of purchase. Include your name, the email or mobile number used for the purchase, your order/reference number, and the reason for the request.

Never send your password, card number, CVV, UPI PIN or full payment credentials.

5. Cancellation Processing Time

Approved cancellations are normally initiated within 5–7 business days. The final credit time may additionally depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

6. Third-Party / App Store Purchases

Purchases made through an app store or third-party platform may also be subject to that platform's applicable cancellation rules.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation Policy and all direct purchases made from Maya123 are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to such purchases or this Cancellation Policy.
