Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an unpaid cart anytime. Once payment succeeds and a digital licence is issued, the order is generally complete.

Before delivery

If you paid but have not received a key or download link, message us immediately. We can hold fulfilment or cancel and refund where the licence has not yet been released.

After delivery

Activated or delivered digital licences cannot normally be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for exception cases.

Subscriptions / renewals

Where a product is one-time lifetime, there is no recurring charge to cancel. If a future product includes renewal, cancellation terms will be shown on that product page.
