These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website maya123.com (the "Website") and any services provided by PremiumAV Private Limited ("Maya", "we", "us", "our"). By using this Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
The Website and services are operated by PremiumAV Private Limited (formerly operating as Maya Software Technologies), a company incorporated in India (CIN U72900DL2021PTC379935), with its registered office at Flat 804, Manjusha Building, 57 Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019.
We provide custom software development, website and web-application development, AI integration, automation, Windows desktop applications, security/antivirus technology, mobile apps, API integrations, source-code audit and rescue, and related maintenance and support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content and access, and necessary approvals. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs.
Upon full payment for a client project, ownership of the custom deliverables and associated source code is transferred to the client as defined in the engagement agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and any general know-how. Our own products (e.g. PremiumAV, the PremiumAV antivirus engine, and related technology) remain our property and are licensed, not sold, except where a specific licensing/source-code agreement states otherwise.
We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before sensitive information is shared. We handle client code and data securely and limit access to authorised personnel.
Any partnership, co-investment, revenue-share or equity arrangement is offered only for selected projects after evaluation, and is governed entirely by a separate, signed agreement. Nothing on this Website is an offer of investment, a guarantee of funding, or a lending/financial service.
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Projects may use third-party tools, libraries, hosting, payment gateways or APIs, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
