Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services and products provided by PremiumAV Private Limited via maya123.com. Specific engagement agreements may contain additional or differing terms, which will prevail where applicable.

1. Custom software & project services

• Custom development work is delivered on a milestone basis. Once work on a milestone has begun, amounts paid for that milestone are generally non-refundable, as they cover work already performed.
• If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you remain responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unused advance for not-yet-started milestones may be refunded at our discretion, less costs already incurred.

2. Subscriptions, licenses & products

• Software licenses, activation keys and digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where required by law or stated otherwise in the product's terms.
• For subscription products, you may cancel future renewals; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Antivirus technology / OEM / licensing

Enterprise engine licensing, OEM, white-label and activation engagements are governed entirely by their individual signed agreements, which define payment, refund and termination terms.

4. How to request

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at maya@maya123.com with your order/engagement details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any concern before initiating a payment dispute, so we can help promptly.
