Digital fulfilment
After server-side payment verification and availability checks, eligible orders are fulfilled electronically using the customer’s confirmed email, WhatsApp number or another agreed secure channel.
Delivery timing
Timing depends on product availability and publisher fulfilment. We do not promise an impossible instant-delivery window; the expected timing is confirmed for the selected product or communicated after order verification.
Customer responsibility
Provide a working email address and phone number, check spam folders, confirm compatibility before purchase, and keep licence information private.
Delay or missing delivery
If delivery is delayed, contact Maya123 with the order ID. We verify payment directly with the provider before resending or escalating fulfilment.
