A: For some devices, the HDMI switch may not work when only one input device is power on due to insufficient power. In this case, please turn on two or all the three source devices to try.
A: Could be because compatibility issue, try lower the resolution of HDMI input sources.
A: 1.There are some models of HDMI signal sources and output devices, they just don’t get along (like PS4 and Samsung TV).Try to connect your input source device directly with your output HDMI displayer, and see if there’s any signal.
